COD Payment Rules (“the app”) is operated by BusinessUp (businessup.com.tr). This policy explains what the app processes when you install it on your Shopify store.

What we process

• Your store’s myshopify.com domain and the access token Shopify issues to the app when you install it.
• The settings you save in the app: the name of your cash-on-delivery shipping option, the names of your cash-on-delivery payment methods, any payment method names you chose to keep visible, and your setup confirmations.
• Basic server logs (request path, status code and timing). Query strings, which carry Shopify session parameters, are not logged.

What we do not process

The app does not collect, store or process your customers’ personal data: no names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, orders or payment details. The checkout rule runs on Shopify’s infrastructure and only sees the title of the selected shipping option and the names of the available payment methods.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the app, the access token is deleted immediately. Your saved settings are kept until Shopify sends the store data erasure request (about 48 hours after uninstall), so that reinstalling restores them; they are then deleted permanently. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. The app is hosted on infrastructure operated by BusinessUp. Shopify processes your store data under its own privacy policy.

COD Payment Rules (“uygulama”) BusinessUp (businessup.com.tr) tarafından işletilir. Bu politika, uygulamayı Shopify mağazanıza kurduğunuzda neleri işlediğini açıklar.

İşlediğimiz veriler

• Mağazanızın myshopify.com alan adı ve kurulum sırasında Shopify’ın uygulamaya verdiği erişim anahtarı.
• Uygulamada kaydettiğiniz ayarlar: kapıda ödeme kargo seçeneğinin adı, kapıda ödeme yöntemlerinin adları, görünür kalmasını seçtiğiniz ödeme yöntemi adları ve kurulum onaylarınız.
• Temel sunucu kayıtları (istek yolu, durum kodu, süre). Shopify oturum parametrelerini taşıyan sorgu dizeleri kaydedilmez.

İşlemediğimiz veriler

Uygulama müşterilerinizin kişisel verilerini toplamaz, saklamaz ve işlemez: ad, e-posta, telefon, adres, sipariş ya da ödeme bilgisi yoktur. Ödeme sayfası kuralı Shopify’ın altyapısında çalışır ve yalnızca seçilen kargo seçeneğinin adını ve mevcut ödeme yöntemlerinin adlarını görür.

Saklama ve silme

Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda erişim anahtarı hemen silinir. Kayıtlı ayarlarınız, yeniden kurulumda geri gelsin diye, Shopify mağaza verisi silme talebini gönderene kadar (kaldırmadan yaklaşık 48 saat sonra) saklanır; ardından kalıcı olarak silinir. İstediğiniz zaman verilerinizin silinmesini de bizden isteyebilirsiniz.

Paylaşım

Verilerinizi satmaz ve paylaşmayız. Uygulama BusinessUp tarafından işletilen altyapıda barındırılır. Shopify mağaza verinizi kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler.
