How the app works

1. Create manual payment methods for cash on delivery in Settings > Payments.
2. Add a shipping option named “Cash on Delivery” to every shipping profile and zone. Its price is your normal shipping rate plus the COD fee (the app includes a calculator).
3. Enter those names in the app, save, tick the confirmations and turn the rules on.
4. Test at a real checkout: with the Cash on Delivery shipping option only the COD payment methods show; with any other shipping option only online methods show.

Good to know

• On non-Plus stores in the US and Canada, Shopify does not allow credit card methods to be hidden. Manual methods (cash on delivery, bank transfer, etc.) work in every country.
• The names of Shopify’s built-in manual methods are translated to the buyer’s language; enter each language’s name, or create the method with a custom name.

Before you uninstall

Turn the rules off in the app and delete the “Cash on Delivery” shipping option from every shipping profile and zone. Otherwise the option stays with its fee after uninstall: buyers paying by card pay the fee for nothing, and buyers paying on delivery skip it.

If something looks wrong

Open the app and press Turn off at the top right. Checkout returns to normal immediately.

Uygulama nasıl çalışır

1. Ayarlar > Ödemeler’de kapıda ödeme için elle (manuel) ödeme yöntemleri oluşturun.
2. Her kargo profiline ve bölgeye “Kapıda Ödeme” adında bir kargo seçeneği ekleyin. Fiyatı normal kargo ücretiniz + kapıda ödeme ücretidir (uygulamada hesaplayıcı var).
3. Bu adları uygulamaya girip kaydedin, onay kutularını işaretleyin ve kuralları açın.
4. Gerçek ödeme sayfasında deneyin: Kapıda Ödeme kargosu seçiliyken yalnızca kapıda ödeme yöntemleri, diğer kargolarda yalnızca online yöntemler görünmeli.

Bilmeniz gerekenler

• ABD ve Kanada’da Plus olmayan mağazalarda Shopify kredi kartı yöntemlerinin gizlenmesine izin vermez. Manuel yöntemler (kapıda ödeme, havale vb.) her ülkede çalışır.
• Shopify’ın yerleşik manuel yöntemlerinin adı alıcının diline çevrilir; her dildeki adı girin ya da yöntemi özel bir adla oluşturun.

Uygulamayı kaldırmadan önce

Uygulamada kuralları kapatın ve “Kapıda Ödeme” kargo seçeneğini her kargo profilinden ve bölgeden silin. Aksi hâlde uygulama kaldırılınca seçenek ücretiyle kalır: kartla ödeyen müşteri ücreti boşuna öder, kapıda ödeyen ise ücret ödemeden geçer.

Bir şey yanlış görünüyorsa

Uygulamayı açıp sağ üstteki Kapat düğmesine basın. Ödeme sayfası hemen eski haline döner.
